How to enjoy a snow day. First just watch it fall, check out the bright ,clean beauty of it until everyone comes outside and makes there personal mark in the snow. Most people will go straight for the old time favorite , making a snow man , have a snow ball fight, make snow angels or if you have a lot of snow ski or go sledding. If your a indoor snow bird, get some hot chocolate, warm cookies, & ( other tasty snacks), find your favorite blanket, a comfy spot on your sofa & click on a enjoyable movie of  choice or watch mindless TV (reality shows). Whether you have lots of snow or a little bit of snow make it a good day.

Today a special lady was born, My Mom/Mommy , Bess , The one & only Elizabeth Jackson Peoples. A woman of faith, tradition, family, wisdom, common sense, funny sayings, a teacher/preacher, a Gardner, snazzy dresser, she had a black belt in shopping & made the best meals from scratch. Saying I miss her forever and day still couldn't describe it, but I thank God it's a place of peace now. I'm soooooo Thankful God blessed me with you as a mother. I send you endless kisses & pink roses to Heaven.

Today, on January 15, we celebrate the life and legacy of Elizabeth Peoples, a woman whose strength, love, and devotion continue to inspire us all. Her presence remains deeply felt in the lives of her family and all who were fortunate enough to know her.

Elizabeth was not only a devoted wife to her beloved Wille "June" Peoples but also a nurturing mother to six children. She was the heartbeat of her family, a constant source of love and wisdom. Her faith was her foundation, and she lived it fully as an avid member of the Church of God. Whether teaching Sunday school, serving on the usher board, or lifting her voice in song, Elizabeth embodied the spirit of service and praise.

Her hands were never idle; they were either tending to her garden, creating beauty and sustenance for her family, or caring for those she loved with unparalleled dedication. Elizabeth’s love extended beyond words; it was shown in every meal prepared, every plant she nurtured, every fish she fed, and every moment she poured into her family.

For her daughter Will, Elizabeth’s life was the blueprint for resilience and empowerment. Watching her mother’s unwavering strength as a wife and mother ignited a fire that would grow into what we now call Willpower Living. It was Elizabeth’s example that taught her daughter to face life with courage, faith, and determination. Willpower Living exists today as a testament to Elizabeth’s enduring impact—a platform that empowers others through the very values she lived by.

As we honor her birthday, we remember not only the life she lived but also the legacy she left behind. Elizabeth Peoples’ unwavering faith, boundless love, and extraordinary strength continue to ripple through generations. Her spirit fuels the work of Willpower Living, reminding us that the values she held dear—faith, family, service, and strength—are timeless.

Happy Birthday, Elizabeth Peoples. Your life was a gift, and your legacy is an eternal blessing. Today, we honor you with gratitude and carry your light forward in all that we do.
