What is joy ? It is a feeling , it is a cousin to happiness. Joy is what we have in the moment and happiness is more of what where in pursuit of( on going). Joy is when you have sunshine on your face when taking a walk outside in the park and you see little kids playing & happy, Joy is sitting at a side walk cafe drinking your favorite coffee and a tasty dessert, Joy is giving someone the positive word & they say it helped to lift their bad mood, Joy is Joy pure and simple but I feel the most Joyful when my family/ loved ones are happy & healthy. But a great source of my Joy is when I hear my Kids Laughter,& smiling.

Joy! Yep, that delicious, electric feeling that makes life worth living. But let’s be real for a second: joy isn’t just about plastering on a smile or pretending everything’s perfect.
