Being Consistent is the Key to Success, reaching your goals ,your  purpose & having a full  passionate life . We must take action , have discipline, put in the hard work , leave our comfort zone & leave all excuses behind. Here are a few tip, 1. Set a daily schedule ( keep a check list with a journal, a calendar or planner) 2. Have mentor or like minded person to be your buddy in the battle to change some bad habits 3. Have some things prepared in advance (example if you plan to work out lay out your sneakers, exercise clothes, water bottle etc out the night before).  4. Be clear on your daily agenda ( list which is a daily must and what has top priority and do it first) . Also set up a reward and recharge system when your on the road to new habits don't be so hard or rigid on yourself because you will view it as a punishment & will stop doing it or avoid. The key is keep trying everyday even if it's baby steps keep moving & never ever give up....
