Eat Well - we often respond to stress by reaching for fatty food. Reach for healthier options like colorful fruits and vegetables. Berries, nuts & fruits for the win.
Edit Your Thoughts - Keep your thoughts clean, lean towards optimism. Switch difficult thoughts for more calming ones. When you feel pessimistic immediately switch your mind to gratitude.
Sleep - Its very important to maintain a sleep schedule and get restful sleep. I tend to use ashwaghanda to get a good nights sleep.
