Willpower Winter Workout

Winter Workout: even if it's Chilly Willy outside doesn't mean you can't workout . You can still go outside for a brisk walk, just layer up with a warm hat, scarf, gloves, thermal tee shirt, sweat pants/ top. If the weather is too cold go inside find a place in your home to exercise, get some light weights & start a mini workout routine. Also if you have room  get a treadmill, exercise bike or mini trampoline. Turn on some music and make a mini gym . Don't let the cold weather get you down, get up & make your own sunshine inside your house.


It may be hard to stay motivated to keep it moving in the winter time but I have included a winter workout below to help you this holiday season.
