Time to Focus, by increasing your concentration we open the doors to success in all areas of our  life. Here are a few tips to help us all increase our focus. 1. Get enough sleep being sleep deprived effects mood, health and thinking. 2. Exercise take a walk in nature it helps your mood & improves your health we all can find at least 20 minutes a day , so put on those sneakers & get going . 3. Try meditation, along with yoga & deep breathing , 4. Try brain builders like Word games, scrabble & cross word puzzles  5. Also Take a break, stop relax & release all negative energy.






In a world full of distractions, maintaining focus can feel like a Huge task. Yet, it is this very focus that holds the key to unlocking our true potential. As a staunch advocate for female empowerment, I've seen firsthand how mastering the art of focus can transform lives. Let's jump into the power of focus and explore practical strategies to harness it.

Focus is the ability to direct our attention and energy towards our goals, not thrown off by external and internal distractions. It is the main force behind productivity, creativity, and personal growth. When we focus, we align our actions with our intentions, making strides towards our aspirations with clarity and determination.


Strategies to Enhance Your Focus

  1. Set Clear Goals Begin with a clear vision of what you want to achieve. Break down your larger goals into smaller, manageable tasks. This not only makes your objectives less daunting but also provides a roadmap to follow, keeping your focus sharp and directed.

  2. Create a Conducive Environment Your surroundings play a major role in your ability to focus. Designate a specific space for your work or personal projects, free from distractions. Keep this area organized and clutter-free to create a sense of calm and order.

  3. Practice Mindfulness Mindfulness is the practice of being fully present in the moment. Incorporate mindfulness techniques, such as deep breathing, meditation, or mindful walking, into your daily routine. These practices help center your mind, making it easier to maintain focus on the task at hand.

  4. Prioritize and Delegate Not all tasks are created equal. Prioritize your tasks based on their importance and deadlines. Learn to delegate or defer less critical tasks. By focusing on what truly matters, you maximize your efficiency and prevent burnout.

I'm Not Quitting....... Always find ways not to give up. When life is hard & you feel like giving up, Stop take a Huge deep slow breath, then clear your mind of endless negative mind chatter ( try Prayer/ meditation whatever works for you). It's Time to find ways to take your lemons & make some sweet lemonade. Here are a few tips first change your mindset, say over & over every problem has a solution. Realize setbacks are temporary, get advice from people who have dealt with setbacks In life & how they handled it & made a Come back . Also reach out call someone with good energy ( avoid energy Vampires that will suck you dry). Try to do something new , set mini goals like for example walk 20 mins for one week , then increase to 30 mins ( track how you feel & go beyond that goal & set another one)
