Winter is almost gone... its time to wander.

Its time to escape, make a warm weather travel bucket list. Here is a list of a few warm weather places in the US. Some of my faves in the US. California, Arizona, Texas, Florida and Hawaii are personal favorites. Time to find the nearest beach, get a folding chair and tropical drink & chillax!

Here are a few vacation ideas since its warming up. It’s time to escape the cold and enjoy some nice weather. If you’re dreaming of sunshine and high’s in the 60’s, 70’s or even 80’s, well here you go!

  1. Miami, Florida

Average temp: high 74 / low 63

If you’re looking for the best warm winter destinations in the USA, you have to add Miami to your list. Located in southeastern Florida, this city is blessed with warm weather and sunshine all year round.

Miami is ideal also because it has loads to offer. You can spend your days on the beach if you choose to, but there are also lots of exciting things to do in the city. From street art tours to visiting interesting museums… in Miami there is something for everyone.

2. Las Vegas, Nevada

Average temp: high 59 / low 28

Las Vegas deserves a spot on everyone’s bucket list of places to visit. Picture a getaway filled with gambling, shopping, eating, drinking and seeing the world (or at least, miniature replicas of the world’s landmarks).

3. New Orleans, Louisiana

Average temp: high 64 / low 85

No matter what time of year you choose for your New Orleans itinerary, there is something for everyone and the weather is great. Not scorching hot, but not cold either!

4. Orlando, Florida

Average temp: high 72 / low 51

Think about the amusement parks in Orlando, its definitely a family fun location. You need to add it to your US winter vacation bucket list and start planning your trip to the happiest place on Earth!

It’s that time of year again. Things are starting to get crowded in your Closet as your spring and summer clothes start to mix with the heavy winter clothes you still occasionally need to pull out and wear. All this wardrobe chaos shows its time for a nice spring clean.

Spring cleaning isn’t just for the dark, dirty and hidden spaces in your house; your wardrobe also needs a serious going-over at least once a year, and the changing of the seasons in the spring is simply the best time to do it. You probably will already spend a few hours packing scarves, gloves, and sweaters into temporary storage, so why not use a little extra time to free up some extra space and money in your wardrobe?

Step 1: Set It All Out - Start By Getting Everything in Your Closet Out Where You Can See It

Open your closet doors and drawers, and get everything out where you can see. That means pulling out the contents of drawers, stacked piles, any clothes hanging out of sight in your closet, and anything that may have slipped into dark corners.

Step 2: Separate it all - Sort Every Item into Keep, Mend/Clean, Discard, and Donate Piles

Begin by sorting your clothes, section by section, into three piles. The clothes you want to keep should remain in your closet, but the other 3 piles should be Clean, Discard, and Donate.

Step 3: Rearrange Your Closet to Put Current Season Clothes Front and Center

Place off-season clothes appropriately, in garment bags or other storage, on high shelves or in other closets, so that they don’t take space away from your day-to-day wardrobe.

Happy Spring Cleaning!

Todays Wellness Wednesday is about smiling through your circumstances. Sometimes in life we face obstacles but the best thing you can do for your own peace is to put a smile on your face!

Here are tips to SMILE through it!

1. Do your best, but let go of the outcome. You have little control. Smile as you realize that this is a good thing since controlling the outcome of all things is an awesome responsibility! Yikes!

2. Remove those imaginary “Please like me” stickers from your forehead and, instead, place them on the only place they will do any good…on your mirror! And then smile at the beautiful person that the mirror reflects.

3. We are all designed to use our inherent power. When we don’t, we experience a sense of helplessness, paralysis and depression. Doesn’t it make sense to get in touch with your power as soon as possible? Yes!

4. If your friends constantly complain, the solution is simple…find new friends. And remember that you need friends who smile a lot!
